Private Label - Mens

This project showcases 3D fit analysis and pattern card for private label Men's swim trunks. 3D render consists of multiple fabrics, including liner basket in nylon mesh, elastic application and hems with various tools such as force multiplier. Pressure and tension maps are utilized to asses 1st patterns prior to 1st sample development. Pattern corrections can be addressed prior to cutting. In the PP stage, graded nests are 3D rendered to check grade and fit across all sizes.
